Music and singing have been Lilly-Anne’s passions for as long as she can remember. Her life-long love for soul music began when she first heard "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill," and has been expanding ever since. She enjoys discovering the ways in which soulful styles have been used in all genres of music. There is something particularly powerful about the presence of soul in song, and it is her greatest pleasure to bring a bit of soul to everyone she encounters.
Born and raised in Sag Harbor, Lilly-Anne has been pursuing her singing career in the New York and Asheville, North Carolina music scenes. She performs regularly around the Hamptons accompanied by a number of local guitarists and bands, and has received the honor of Dan’s Papers “Best of the Best” female musician multiple times. This past fall, she joined Papadosio for their "Extras In A Movie" East Coast tour. Some of the artists she has been compared to include Amy Winehouse, Norah Jones, Adele, and Corinne Bailey Rae. She is very excited to announce that she has just released her debut, self-titled solo EP this year. She is very much looking forward to showcasing her versatile singer/songwriter skills through the album.
